SprutCAM Wire EDM

Brand new for SprutCAM 7 is the all new Wire EDM module.

The SprutCAM Wire EDM module includes both 2 & 4 axis strategies with Multi pass machining and full support for bridges which can be either users defined or created automatically. Bridge cutting can be defined using several different methods.
Wire feed and break points are calculated automatically and can be exported in *.dxf format for hole drilling.

It is possible to machine multiple contours in a single operation. The machining order for the contours can be left as automatic or can be defined by the user.
It is also possible to repeat the machining on a user defined grid or polar array (PCD) if required.
